1. Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the website www.kinarainteriors.com and engaging the services of Kinara Interiors (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the user (“you”, “your”, or “client”) agrees to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully prior to initiating any transactions or entering into service agreements.


1.1. Services
Kinara Interiors provides interior design and related services, including but not limited to consultation, spatial planning, design execution, and procurement of decor/furnishing items as part of an overall design contract.


1.2. Engagement & Deliverables
All services are subject to written agreements outlining the scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.


1.3. Pricing & Payment
All fees are quoted in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on project scope and will be confirmed via a formal quotation or invoice.


1.4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, layouts, written content, visual content, and other creative assets shared with the client remain the intellectual property of Kinara Interiors unless otherwise explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.


1.5. Limitation of Liability
Kinara Interiors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, or for any delays or failures in performance beyond our reasonable control.


1.6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.


1.7. Copyrights, Ownership & Marketing Rights


a. Copyrights & Design Ownership
All creative outputs including but not limited to design concepts, moodboards, layouts, drawings, 3D renderings, and documentation shared during the course of the project are the intellectual property of Kinara Interiors and/or the respective designer. These materials are protected under copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Upon full and final payment, the client shall receive exclusive usage rights for the finalized design deliverables specific to the commissioned project. However, Kinara Interiors retains the right to showcase the work as part of its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.


b. Photography & Marketing Rights
The client agrees that Kinara Interiors reserves the right to document the project through photographs, videos, and other media formats during and after project completion. These visuals may be used for portfolio development, marketing, editorial features, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes, both online and offline.
We take care to respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive personal details or project budgets in any promotional content. Should you wish to restrict certain visuals from being shared publicly, please let us know in prior to documentation.
 
 
 
 
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which services may be cancelled and whether refunds are applicable.
1. Cancellation by Client

  • Pre-Design Phase: Cancellations requested prior to project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction of administrative or consultation fees.

  • Post-Design Commencement: Once the design phase has begun, all fees paid shall be deemed non-refundable.

  • Execution Stage: No refunds will be provided once material procurement or implementation has commenced.

2. Cancellation by Kinara Interiors
We reserve the right to cancel a project under unforeseen circumstances or in cases of breach of terms by the client. Any eligible refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated in writing.


3. Delays & Inactivity
Projects paused or delayed by the client for over 30 consecutive days without written notice may be considered abandoned. Reactivation may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.
 
 
 
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical goods delivered as part of our interior design services.


3.1. Delivery Scope
Kinara Interiors does not operate as a retail ecommerce entity. Delivery of goods is undertaken exclusively as part of our design services and includes furniture, decor items, or modular elements sourced or custom-made on behalf of the client.


3.2. Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of confirmation. Delays caused by third-party vendors, logistics partners, or force majeure events will be communicated and managed accordingly.


3.3. Delivery Charges
All applicable delivery or logistics charges will be included in the client’s quotation or agreement. Additional or unforeseen delivery fees will be communicated and billed separately if incurred.


3.4. Damage or Defects
In the event of damage or defect upon delivery, Kinara Interiors will assist in initiating a resolution process with the respective supplier or vendor, subject to their terms and conditions. The Company does not guarantee replacement unless specified in the supplier warranty.
